Frasassi Caves

One of the Italian wonders that the whole world envies us are the karst caves of Frasassi, about 118 kilometres from Gabicce. The Regional Natural Park of Gola della Rossa and Frasassi is located in the municipality of Genga, in the province of Ancona, and offers an underground spectacle of rare beauty.

Inside the cavities you can admire marvellous natural sculptures formed thanks to the limestone stratifications that occurred over the course of 190 million years! Part of the internal tourist route is easily accessible for everyone, young and old. The organization also offers more intense caving experiences reserved for the most daring and experienced.
